** Please complete a separate registration form for each rental property or more than 10 units.
Rental Inspection and Registration Fees – Owners residing within the Village & Town of Geddes:
$40 Registration Fee per dwelling unit
+ $40 Inspection Fee per dwelling unit
= $80 per dwelling unit
Rental Inspection and Registration Fees – Owners residing outside the Town of Geddes & in Onondaga County:
$50 Registration Fee per dwelling unit
+ $50 Inspection Fee per dwelling unit
= $100 per dwelling unit
Rental Inspection and Registration Fees – Owners residing outside Onondaga County:
$100 Registration Fee per dwelling unit
+ $100 Inspection Fee per dwelling unit
= $200 per dwelling unit
