Memorial Day Parade Information Letter
Dear Parade Participant,
Thank you for agreeing to participate in our community’s Memorial Day parade. We are happy to have your group represented in the Memorial Day celebration.
Here are the details:
Date: 5/27/24
Time: 9:00 am
Place: Solvay Elementary parking lot
Parade Route: Woods Road from the Solvay Elementary to Solvay Geddes Veterans Memorial Plaza
Parking: Please use the side streets around the parade route for parking. Carpooling is encouraged!
Dress: Please dress comfortably. Some groups are identified by colors, signs, banners. We encourage you to have some identifying sign or banner.
We will march rain or shine. Please come prepared for the weather. Groups will follow a particular order/sequence.
Please check in with the Fire Department parade designated personnel.
