Due to the extreme cold weather, usage has been up quite high. This forced us to purchase supplemental power at higher prices. Last year, at this time you didn’t see these high prices because of the credit that we received from the switch to a new supplier. If we had remained with our original supplier, the cost of the supplemental power would be double the cost. We are no longer on budget billing, which evened the cost out over the year.
