Run for Jeff
I am writing to introduce you to the Jeff Proietti Wellness Foundation. We are excited to start a 5k-10k event in SOLVAY, NY on June 18, 2022. We started The Jeff Proietti Wellness Foundation to give scholarships to students in area high schools who continue their education in the wellness field. It’s a nonprofit 501c3 foundation and all proceeds from the Race go to the foundation. This year we are starting the event that will begin at Woods Road Park. We are hoping to have 250-500 runners. It’s excellent news for the Solvay community and would like you to be a part of this awesome event.
Jeff is my son who was hit by a car on May 17, 2014, doing what he loved, endurance events that challenged him physically. He was a fitness trainer and a chef. His passion was to promote better health and wellness in everyone through fitness and nutrition. He also coached recreational youth soccer locally and played organized assorted sports. Jeff grew up in Solvay and attended Solvay Schools.

We would like you to come to the event on June 17, 2023, and any help in donations would be greatly appreciated.
