Notice is hereby given that at a regular meeting of the Zoning and Planning Board of the Village of Solvay, Onondaga County, State of New York, scheduled to be held on Wednesday February 8th at Village of Solvay Conference Room (Basement) 1100 Woods Road, Solvay, NY 13209, a public hearing will be held commencing at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, to consider and discuss:
Manuel R. Garcia of 2001 Milton Ave, Solvay, NY 13209 is requesting a Variance (165-41) for 110 Bridge Street (Map #002.-01-03.3).
PR Power Properties LLC c/o Joe Frateschi, Esq of 126 North Salina Street, Suite 400, Syracuse, NY 13202 is requesting a Variance (165 Attachment 1) for 107 Hazard Street (Map #009.-02-.04.0).
The above application is available for inspection at the Office of the Village Clerk of the Village of Solvay. An appearance by the applicant or his attorney is required at such meeting and all other persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in person or by attorney. Said ZBA Commission will hear all persons in support of such application and any objections thereto. Communications in writing in relation to the application may be filed with the Village of Solvay Village Hall, or at such hearing. The applicant is advised that the scheduling of a public hearing does not imply approval by the Zoning and Planning Board of the Village of Solvay.
