Notice is hereby given that at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the Village of Solvay, Onondaga County, State of New York, scheduled to be held on Monday, April 4th at Town of Geddes Community Room (Basement) 1000 Woods Road, Solvay, NY 13209, a public hearing will be held commencing at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, to consider and discuss:
WestRock of 53 Industrial Dr, Syracuse NY 13204 requests Site Plan Review to install four new additional roof-top mounted exhaust fans at 53 Industrial Dr, Tax Map #002.- 01-09.0.
WestRock of 53 Industrial Dr, Syracuse NY 13204 requests Site Plan Review to erect a structure to support intended future mechanical equipment on the exterior of a building located at 53 Industrial Dr, Tax Map #002.-01-09.0.
The above application is available for inspection at the Office of the Village Clerk of the Village of Solvay. An appearance by the applicant or his attorney is required at such meeting and all other persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in person or by attorney. Said Planning Commission will hear all persons in support of such application and any objections thereto. Communications in writing in relation to the application may be filed with the Village of Solvay Village Hall, or at such hearing. The applicant is advised that the scheduling of a public hearing does not imply approval by the Planning Commission of the Village of Solvay.
