The Village of Solvay Neighborhood Watch group will meet at 6:30 p.m. Monday at the Solvay-Geddes Youth Center at 1010 Woods Road.
Russ Mitchell, president of Neighborhood Watch of Central New York, will be the guest speaker. The meeting is open to the public and visitors will receive Halloween giveaway items.
